Our Story

Chef Cesar Ruiz Owner :

“I’m originally from Michoacán, Mexico. I moved to Utah in September of 1994 and I’ve been cooking ever since. I discovered that cooking is my passion. I really believe that anything you do, if you do it with love, you will find success. That is one of my main ingredients that I will never run out of. In addition to my long experience as a chef and my really good recipes—I cannot make it [food] without love. I invite you to come and experience this yourself… I’ll prove to you what I’m talking about, and the difference cooking with love makes.
