To me, all these qualities turned out to be completely normal. However, my interlocutors stated that they did not know many people who possessed these qualities. This was an occasion to think, and I decided to get to know the topic of talents and abilities in more detail. Here's what I found out. Talents and abilities are formed in early childhood (from 3 to 7 years according to various sources) and remain with us for life. That is why it is so difficult to see them on your own. A person has several dominant abilities, which are his unique characteristics. These qualities or, as they are usually called in professional literature, "basic functions" are our main talents. It is in them that we can achieve mastery and fully realize our potential.
Thanks to the theoretical base, it became clearer how to interpret the answers received. I was able to trace and formulate for myself my peculiarities of thinking, behavior and feeling. In addition, after analyzing the results, I found repeated answers in them. For example, almost everyone paid attention to my ability to determine the essence of the problem and highlight the main thing, the ability to feel and understand people and the ability to achieve results. I took special care of them. It seems that they were my main abilities. Later, I checked the results with other methods and got similar results. The first step has been taken.
